Booking and Cancellations

A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. All deposits are non refundable.  24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge. In the event of a no-show or same day cancellations, your credit card will be charged a $25-$75 fee depending on the scheduled service. Same day bookings have a 3 hour window to modify or cancel the session.

Arrival and Service Duration

Please note appointments are times designated specifically for you, in attempt to respect other guest’s time we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete a brief intake form and consult with your therapist regarding your massage needs and preferences. All appointments will last the full duration of your scheduled time unless you arrive late for your appointment in that case your session will still end at the scheduled time and you will be responsible for the total amount of the session.
