Our signature massage is the “go-to” massage for most people. The GNE Signature is a Swedish/ Deep Tissue fusion massage designed to work out the kinks and melt away muscle tension. A variety of techniques may be employed including relaxation, trigger point herapy, deep tissue manipulation or myofascial therapy. Aromatherapy or hydrotherapy in the form of a heat pack, hot stones, or hot towels may be used. Including a warm neck/shoulder compress, warm eye pillow upgrade with a mint or lavender scalp treatment.
